My name is John, a native Chinese speaker who lived in US for over 30 years.  I am passionate about Chinese language and culture.  I taught my kids Chinese all by myself.  in the process, i developed a Chinese learning APP.

I discover that the most important task for truly mastering Chinese is to understand its characters. This is true for native speaking Chinese as well.  If they don't truly understand the meaning of each Chinese character, their comprehension will be limited as well, especially when deal with Chinese classics.  I developed the APP specifically to address the issue. It is commonly regarded that characters are one of most difficult part in learning Chinese.

With the APP, you will accumulate characters each everyday, as you learn more and more characters, you will also learn words, idioms and Chinese classics that made up with those characters.  This is called "comprehensive input", an affective language learning method.

Here is how it works:

1. You sign up rcf.grow-always.net and join my class "Chinese for English speakers".  On this app, you will do:
   • Finish lessons I assign to you every day
   • 
     
2. You follow my curriculum and complete each day's homework. We provide very rich content for you to study in the APP. So you can study with your own pace, even use your scattered small moment to learn. During which you should take note, write down you questions.
3. Join Little Rednote, and join my Little Rednote group.
4. Post them in the group when you have questions. A group has maximum of 8 students.   
5. I open one-hour my chatroom on Little Redbook three times a week.  You can sign up and join my chatroom.
